Our client, a globally leading EPC company is looking for a Interface Coordinator to join them on an initial 12 month contract.
Duties include:
1. Maintain and update interface registers and trackers to ensure alignment between internal project teams and third-party stakeholders, identifying and resolving interface issues proactively.
2. Organise and lead interface meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between engineering disciplines, contractors, and client representatives.
3. Compile accurate minutes of meetings, action logs, and interface reports to support project transparency and decision-making.
4. Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure technical compatibility and alignment across project phases, from design through to execution.
5. Act as a key point of contact for external partners, demonstrating professionalism and technical understanding in client-facing discussions and reviews.
