New Car Sales Consultant – Arnold Clark

What’s the job?
You’ll be known as a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark. Your role is heavily sales focused, but it’s not a traditional sales job. Instead, you’ll showcase customer service skills and enjoy every day working. You’ll be with customers every step of the way – from the moment they walk through the door to offering aftersales experience.
Key responsibilities
* Help customers find the right car, based on what they need.
* Deliver outstanding, 5‑star service for every customer.
* Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through the sales process.
* Selling the right sales package – finance to servicing – with integrity and professionalism.
* Coordinate the order and delivery of vehicles and keep everything running smoothly.
* Meet monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards.
* Work as part of a dynamic team to meet deadlines and keep promises.
* Stay in touch with customers to offer great aftersales experience.
The Skills And Qualities You Need

* Organised and attentive to details.
* A desire to have a lasting and fulfilling career.
* Full driving licence held for a minimum of 1 year.

* £25,500 with no company car or £23,500 with company car.
* On target earnings £35,000‑£40,000 with uncapped potential.
