ISQ Recruitment is working with a well-established and highly respected farming business to recruit a Relief Assistant Farm Manager to support broiler operations across multiple sites in Lincolnshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on farming environment, takes pride in high welfare standards, and wants to build a long-term career within the poultry industry. No two days are the same in this role. You'll work across several broiler farms, supporting Farm Managers, leading sites when required, and helping maintain high standards across bird welfare, performance, and site management. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, independence, and being part of a supportive farming team.
