We're looking for someone to provide Industrial Engineering support to Raytheon sites, functions and customers. The role requires a multi-skilled engineer to develop and drive innovation within manufacturing and wider functions from early customer engagement, through development to set-up and volume manufacture. The Industrial Engineer will provide technical, business and project management support for a variety of products or projects.Analyse and determine equipment, facilities and support requirements for new products, equipment or processes.Provide analysis of current or future requirements using simulation tools, value stream mapping, data analysis, PFMEA, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles etc.Candidate Requirements:Degree in an engineering science e.g. Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing Systems Engineering, or equivalent relevant experienceAbility to work with mathematical concepts and statistical analysis, SPC, modelling, queuing theory, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, etc.Ability to represent Raytheon at all levels for internal and external customers.Significant Industrial Engineering experience and extensive knowledge of Industrial Engineering tools, techniques and methods.Experience of developing new process, areas or expansion including planning, costing and implementation.
