We are currently supporting a leading global consulting organisation looking to hire an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with strong pre-sales experience and expertise across either CSM or HRSD. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded ServiceNow professional who enjoys combining solution architecture, client engagement, business development, and enterprise transformation delivery within complex environments. The role will focus on helping clients design and implement ServiceNow solutions that improve customer and employee experience across enterprise organisations. The Role You will be responsible for: Leading the design and architecture of enterprise ServiceNow solutions Supporting pre-sales activities including workshops, solution demonstrations, proposals, and client presentations Working closely with clients to understand business challenges and define transformation strategies Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and leadership teams Supporting business development and identifying new opportunities within existing and prospective clients Overseeing ServiceNow implementation programmes from discovery through to delivery Collaborating with internal sales, consulting, and technical teams to deliver successful outcomes Driving best practice across ServiceNow architecture, governance, and platform strategy Requirements Extensive experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem Proven experience working as a ServiceNow Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Senior Technical Consultant Strong pre-sales and client-facing consulting experience Strong hands-on experience across either: Customer Service Management (CSM) HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Additional experience across ITSM, ITOM, or Employee Experience workflows highly beneficial Experience supporting bids, RFPs, workshops, and enterprise solution presentations Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience working within enterprise consulting or large-scale transformation environments Ability to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions Technical Experience Strong experience with: ServiceNow architecture and solution design Integrations and APIs Flow Designer UI Builder Service Portal JavaScript Platform customisation and governance Additional Information Hybrid working model across office, client site, and home Exposure to enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation programmes Strong progression and development opportunities Collaborative and highly experienced consulting environment Please note, candidates must be eligible to obtain UK SC Clearance.
