This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business offering long-term stability, ongoing training, overtime opportunities, and career progression.Working as part of the on-site engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of mechanical, plumbing, and building services systems.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across mechanical and plumbing systemsDiagnose faults and undertake repairs to pumps, motors, valves, bearings, and associated plant equipmentMaintain and repair commercial plumbing systems, pipework services, and water systemsService and maintain HVAC equipment and mechanical building services plantCarry out repairs, replacements, and installations of mechanical equipment, fixtures, and fittingsComplete maintenance reports and update CAFM systems accuratelyEnsure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and compliance standardsLiaise with contractors, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure excellent service deliveryMaintain plant rooms and engineering areas to a high standardParticipate in a 1 in 4 call-out rota following successful completion of probationEssential RequirementsNVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in Plumbing, Mechanical Engineering, or Building ServicesPrevious experience as a Commercial Plumber, Maintenance Plumber, Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, or Building Services EngineerStrong experience working with:Commercial plumbing systemsMechanical pipework servicesPumps, motors, valves, and bearingsHVAC plant and equipmentGeneral building services maintenanceExperience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance within commercial environmentsStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsGood IT skills and experience using maintenance management systemsExcellent communication and organisational skillsDesirable QualificationsIPAFPASMAWater Hygiene / L8 AwarenessAsbestos AwarenessPrevious CAFM experienceBasic electrical maintenance knowledgeSalary & BenefitsUp to £39,000 basic salaryOvertime opportunities availableCall-out allowanceCompany mobile phone and tabletUniform and PPE providedCompany pension schemeOngoing training and professional developmentSupport with industry-recognised qualificationsCareer progression opportunities25 days holiday plus bank holidaysLong-term job security within a growing Facilities Management businessApply NowIf you are a Commercial Plumber, Maintenance Plumber, Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, HVAC Engineer, or Building Services Engineer looking for your next opportunity in Solihull, apply today for immediate consideration.TPBN1_UKTJ
