Client Service Officer (Accounting Support)
Location: Southport
Full-time, Permanent

What Youll Be Doing:
In this hands-on admin role, youll support a variety of financial and client-facing tasks, including:
1. Collating client documentation and handling purchasing workflows (A2M / diesel A2M)
2. Managing and editing client details
3. Preparing client reports and chasing information or payments
4. Liaising confidently with the ATO for general interest charge matters
5. Assisting with payment arrangements, asset changes, and setup of companies/trusts
6. Providing occasional reception support
What Were Looking For:
7. 14 years experience in administration, accounting support, or financial services
8. Familiarity with Xero products (Xero and XBM) and document management systems
9. Proactive communication skills and the confidence to engage with the ATO
10. A team-focused attitude with a willingness to get involved and contribute
