Joining us as an Insurance Account Handler means you’ll have the benefit of working Monday to Friday (no weekends here!), a basic salary relative to your experience, and a generous bonus structure. Responsibilities
What does the role involve?
Every day you will be supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact, building strong relationships, and assisting with queries as they arise. This role suits you if you love customer service or sales, as relationship-building with clients will be key to your success.
Qualifications and Skills
What are we looking for in our Account Handlers?
Some Insurance industry experience is essential; the rest is about you as a person:
* Bring your best self to work every day to give our clients the best possible experience.
* Be proactive, use your initiative, and show entrepreneurial spirit.
* Confident in working with clients by phone and email; customer service experience is important.
* Collaborative, with a positive outlook, resilient to change, and able to adapt in a dynamic environment.
* Demonstrate honesty and integrity, essential within a financially regulated organisation and in general principle.
