Axon Moore are delighted to be supporting a growing SME based near Halifax in their search for a Temporary Bookkeeper.
This is a hands-on and varied role with responsibility for daily bank postings, weekly statements, chasing debt, posting invoices and reconciliations.
The key roles and responsibilities for this person will include:
Daily bank postings
Weekly statements
Chasing outstanding Debt
Posting purchase ledger invoices
Consolidated invoices
Reconciliations
Dealing with customer queries
The ideal candidate requirements for this role will include the following:
Previous accounting experience
Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Thorough understanding of debits and credits
This is a 14 month contract and offers hybrid working.
They will also consider part time hours for this role.
