What you’ll be doing
• Supervising classes during teacher absence and keeping learning running smoothly
• Supporting pupils as they work through pre-prepared lesson materials
• Maintaining a positive, calm and focused learning environment
• Bringing a consistent and approachable presence to help the school day run seamlessly
You don’t need QTS for this role, just experience working with young people, confidence, good communication and the ability to bring steady energy into a busy classroom.
