Salary: £50,698 - £60,865 per annum (based on 37 hours/week) + Performance Bonuses

Our client, a specialist provider of solo-occupancy children's residential care, is seeking a Registered Home Manager for an established home in Surrey.

The Role
* Lead the day-to-day running of a children's home, ensuring safeguarding, quality care, and regulatory compliance.
* Guide and develop your team - including a Senior Support Worker per shift - to deliver trauma-informed, person-centred support.
* Liaise with local authorities, IROs, therapists, and education services to provide truly holistic care.
* Oversee Ofsted registration or quality improvement plans post-inspection
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years' experience as a Deputy Manager in a children's residential care setting
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or willingness to complete it)
* Strong grasp of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practices
* Experience managing challenging behaviours and complex needs
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle essential
* Empathy, resilience, and excellent leadership qualities
