It is one of the few PR agencies in the UK with B Corp status, having a first assessment score of 90.8.

Leadership Profile

The role is for a Level 5 Leader who combines professional will and personal humility to empower the team while pursuing long-term agency and client goals. 5+ years of leadership in a results-oriented PR agency are required. You may or may not have held a full MD title, but experience at Associate Director level or higher is suitable for this responsibility. You will not manage individual accounts day-to-day, but you will guide PR strategy, client relationships, and oversight across the agency.

Working with the Founder
You will take full operational ownership to enable the founder to pursue new opportunities and innovations. You will work strategically with her, then drive the right developments to reach ambitious goals, balancing tactical delivery with long-term strategy.
This MD role spans from PR, people and process management to high-level advisory and strategic partnership, requiring a resourceful and execution-focused leader who can balance big-picture thinking with practical delivery.
You will act as a trusted strategic partner and voice of reason, driving resource allocation and scalability across the agency.
