What you’ll be doing
This is a growth-focused, new business role responsible for developing our on-trade Route to Market (RTM) strategy across London and the South-East – building strong partnerships with key RTM customers while driving hands-on new distribution across pubs, bars and restaurants.
* Secure and grow new business via key wholesalers and RTM partners
* Build and maintain strong relationships across buyers, field teams, site owners and staff within partner accounts and key groups
* Share commercial feedback, performance insights, and ROI learnings from the field
* Work with marketing and field teams to deliver creative, scalable activation plans
* Support launches and activations that drive visibility, engagement, and rate of sale
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in on-trade drinks, ideally with a track record of developing successful partnerships with Route to Market and wholesale partners
* Proven success driving commercial growth through long-term partnerships
* Commercially sharp with strong negotiation and planning skills
* Energetic, adaptable, and confident working independently in the field
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail – able to manage multiple partners and priorities effectively
* Polished, relationship-led and values-aligned – representing UNLTD. with confidence, enthusiasm and credibility
