This role offers the chance to work closely with senior leaders, delivering high-quality HR support across performance, employee relations, and people strategy.The Role You’ll act as a trusted HR partner, advising managers and employees on all aspects of the people agenda. From managing employee relations cases to driving engagement and wellbeing initiatives, you’ll play a key role in shaping a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities
1. Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
2. Lead on employee relations cases and policy advice
3. Support projects across performance, engagement, and organisational change
4. Analyse HR data and provide insights to support decision-making
5. Advise on restructures, TUPE, and workforce planning
6. Support onboarding, talent, and succession planning
7. Coach and guide managers on HR best practice
What We’re Looking For
8. CIPD qualified or working towards qualification
9. 3+ years’ experience in an HR Advisory role
10. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policy
11. Excellent communicator with strong influencing skills
12. Organised, proactive, and confident working under pressure
13. Experience within professional services desirable
