Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
Start Date: September Full:Time Permanent

Randstad Education is recruiting dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join a specialist School in Kidderminster. Whether youre an experienced professional or developing your SEN skills, this role provides an excellent opportunity to be part of a supportive and impactful team.
About The School
The School caters to students with a range of special educational needs, including Autism, SEMH, and ADHD. It offers a calm, structured, and nurturing environment where every child is encouraged to develop academically, socially, and emotionally. Small class sizes and a strong pastoral focus ensure students receive the individualised support they need to succeed.
Responsibilities
Provide tailored one:to:one and group support to students
Collaborate with teaching staff to adapt learning resources and strategies
Promote positive behaviour and support emotional regulation
Encourage social development and independent learning
Participate in enrichment and life:skills activities
Contribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive school environment
Requirements
A track record of 6 to 12 months working in UK school settings
Strong understanding of Autism, SEMH, ADHD, and associated conditions
Ability to form positive, supportive relationships with students
Patient, resilient, and committed to inclusive education
Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness
