In Adult Social Services, we are looking for an Employment Coordinator to join our team of three Employment Coordinators within the Norfolk Employment Service, which is closely linked with the Local Supported Employment team as part of the Connect to Work initiative.
You will be part of a wider employment team with a focus on supporting individuals known to Adult Social Services into non-paid employment outcomes and enabling people to progress towards paid employment.
You will have excellent knowledge of employment legislation and experience of providing information, support and guidance of all employment and recruitment matters. You will be able to communicate with a range of people and demonstrate an understanding of the employment problems encountered by adults with disabilities and / or mental health and their carers and representatives, to ensure delivery of professional employment advice and support.
There will be the opportunity to work with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and customer focused manner.
