Role: Service Delivery Manager
Location: This role will involve presence in our Northampton office with some travel to client site in Bedford & London
Working Model: Hybrid - 3 days on site, 2 days working from home
Salary: Up to £45k (depending on experience) + car allowance + bonus

What you’ll do
* Lead and develop a team of Resourcing / People Partners to deliver against client objectives
* Build deep knowledge of client organisations, aligning recruitment strategies to their goals
* Drive continuous improvement, identifying and implementing service enhancements
* Collaborate across Reed brands to deliver innovative, value-adding solutions
* Own commercial performance, ensuring delivery meets financial targets
* Monitor contracts to maximise client satisfaction, retention, and growth
* Build strong senior stakeholder relationships, offering expert advice and insight
* Share best practice across the wider account management community
* Champion social value initiatives to deepen client partnerships
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience managing MSP and/or RPO programmes end-to-end
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing teams
* Commercially focused, with the ability to spot and drive opportunities
* Confident influencer, experienced in senior stakeholder management
* Solid understanding of recruitment legislation and best practice
* Data-driven approach to decision-making and reporting
* Adaptable, solutions-focused, and confident presenting to stakeholders
