Business Management Graduate Scheme

Start Date: September 2026

Duration: 3 Years

Locations: London & Manchester (Hybrid working options available)

Salary: £31,500 per year + comprehensive benefits

About the Role

In this three‑year Graduate Scheme you will develop management skills across a range of disciplines, while studying for a Level 4 apprenticeship in Business Transformation Fellowship. The Fellowship equips you with the ability to manage projects and drive change in the modern workplace.


Key Responsibilities

* Complete three 12‑month rotations across group functions, gaining broad experience of our business.
* Develop essential skills such as self‑awareness, effective working, communication, team working, influencing and leadership.
* Apply critical business skills – project management, commercial awareness and business awareness – throughout the programme.
* Work with your manager, Early Careers Manager and buddies to stretch and discover your potential.

Qualifications and Training

* Right to work in the UK.
* Any degree discipline; business‑related degrees may be ineligible for the apprenticeship.
* Track to achieve, or have achieved, at least a 2.1 in your degree.
