Position: First-Line Supervisors of Production and Operating Workers
Type: Independent Contractor
Compensation: $65–$140/hour
Location: US, UK, or Canada
Duration: 3–4 weeks
Commitment: 15+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
* Design questions related to your occupation as a First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers.
* Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
* Ensure question relevance and alignment with industry standards.
* Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance data quality and project outcomes.
* Utilize a desktop or laptop computer for project tasks (Chromebooks not supported).
Qualifications
Must-Have
* 4+ years full-time work experience as a First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers.
* Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
Compensation & Legal
* We can meet industry-standard compensation expectations for your current role.
* Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours.
* Classified as an “at-will” contractor to Mercor.
* Cannot currently support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
