Temporary Goods In Administrator
£12.71ph, Outskirts of Knaresborough, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, 07:30-16:00 Monday to Thursday, 07:30-15:00 Friday, free food and on site events, social events, free on site parking, employee discount, training and progression available.
Due to business levels we are looking for a temporary goods in administrator. This is a full time role to start in October. You will need to be available for interview in the next week for a face to face interview.
This is an administrative role that is very process driven. You will need to have good attention to detail and be able to input data accurately in a timely manner.
We are interviewing for this role immediately with a view for someone to start on Monday 6th October. For the successful candidate there is a chance that this role could turn into a permanent role following a successful temporary period.
Goods in administrator responsibilities will include:
1. Manage all incoming goods and delivery notes
2. Report any non conformances for goods received internally and to suppliers
3. Prepare status reports for all incoming goods
4. Communicate incoming goods reports to relevant teams to schedule pending workloads
5. Record details of all stillages and trollies used, supplied and returned
6. Work closely with colleagues and ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements for this role:
7. Have a good level of English and maths, GCSE or equivalent
8. Good IT skills and competent with Microsoft Office & Teams
9. Good organisational and time management skills
10. Previous office administration or data entry experience
This temporary goods in administrator role is a full time office based role, you will work 39 hours per week alongside a friendly team of people. You will work 07:30-16:00 Monday to Thursday and 07:30-15:00 Fridays. Please note this office is based in an outside storage building therefore the environment can be affected by the weather. It can get cold due to the environment and can be muddy or dusty outside the office building so we advise you wear sensible and suitable footwear.
