As the team manager you will oversee a proactively supportive environment that values staff wellbeing, supervision and professional development as well as providing patient care to the highest standard. Advert To lead the staff team on a daily basis in delivery of a high quality, evidence-based mental health service where we serve our local population to the best of our ability. You will be responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination and operational management of the service. You will provide visible and accessible leadership to staff within the Service. You will be an experienced practitioner who can provide pro-active leadership in line with the organisations core values to deliver a safe and efficient service to those accessing it and ensure good patient experience within our services. You will have a strong team work ethic, sense of accountability, accompanied by an ability to work under pressure and with a desire for innovation. You will support the team to meet local performance targets as well as meeting national Key Performance Indicators. You will manage the team resource and have budget responsibility. You will be well supported in your role with regular supervision, opportunity for professional development and leadership training. You will support the Service Manager and take an active role in service development, innovation and supporting a shared vision across the Urgent Care Pathway.
