They will be involved in initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, support continuous improvement, and promote a culture of innovation. STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES - Strengthen QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control), with a particular focus on problem-solving following issues. - Increase the number and quality of ideas submitted by employees. - Improve the selection and issuance of business improvement projects, with better utilization of the Green Belt cohort. EXPECTED OUTCOMES - Improved idea reporting mechanisms, including volume, visibility, and tracking. - Enhanced problem-solving practices and QRQC effectiveness across teams. - Support for the deployment and success of Green Belt projects.
