As a Business Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in assisting our Youth Workers and the Youth Service. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills while making a difference in the lives of young people. In this exciting role, you will: Collect and manage funds from various Young People's Centres, ensuring accurate banking and account administration. Compile and update essential systems and spreadsheets to maintain accurate records. Oversee and process transactions from Purchase Cards, including VAT processes. Ensure correct coding of purchases to aid in budget forecasting. Collect and process data from youth sessions to support our services. Provide general business support to youth workers, helping them focus on what they do best. To thrive in this role, you should have: A good standard of ICT literacy to manage spreadsheets and databases. Basic knowledge of finance regulations and accounting processes.
