We are looking for a bright, energetic, and highly curious individual to join our UK Omnichannel Shopper Marketing Team for a vital 1:year industrial placement. You will play a key role in accelerating our strategic brands across core UK and Ireland retailers. This is your chance to learn how to reach shoppers at every point along their path to purchase-from in:store point of sale to online, social, events, and influencer content-to drive awareness, consideration, and purchase.
Reporting to the Omnichannel Shopper Marketing Manager, you will gain hands:on experience managing your own portfolio of retailers and working across the full marketing funnel. As an integral part of the team, your main responsibilities will include:Deployment of Activations for Core Accounts

Develop and implement Category Demand Omnichannel shopper marketing programs specifically for
Superdrug
and
Waitrose
.

Collaboratively deliver the
Ocado
digital plan alongside the Customer Development Managers (CDM).

Work closely with Colgate:Palmolive's brand teams and media agencies on asset creation and content strategy.

Build strong relationships with CDMs to align plans with Above The Line (ABL) media strategic priorities and promotional commitments.

Review results against key performance indicators (KPIs), report back on progress, successes, and learnings, and take corrective action where necessary.
Take Ownership and Effectively Manage Budgets

Manage account budgets on an ongoing basis, ensuring phasing is maintained, preventing overspends, and communicating any concerns or opportunities effectively.

Ensure all monthly budget processes are completed in a timely manner.
Lead on Superdrug Presents Experiential Event

Lead the planning and execution of a fully immersive beauty event for Superdrug Presents, driving awareness for Colgate's whitening and multi:benefit portfolio.
