We are now recruiting for a CNC Operator to work with us and help us to create timeless oak-framed buildings that combine traditional craftmanship with modern innovation.
You will join our production team to program, set up and operate our advanced Hundegger CNC machines, ensuring the precise fabrication of bespoke timber components that form the framework of our timber frame buildings.

Responsibilities
* Programming, setting up and operating CNC machinery to produce timber components to exact specifications.
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files with accuracy.
* Performing regular quality control assessments to maintain our high production standards.
* Conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting CNC equipment as needed.
* Maintaining accurate production records and communicating any deviations or issues.
* Collaborating with design and assembly teams to optimise production processes.
* Ensuring a clean, organised, and safe working environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a CNC Operator (ideally with timber or similar materials).
* Skilled in reading technical drawings and using CAD files.
* Strong understanding of CNC programming, machine setup, and operation.
* Ability to perform maintenance and resolve technical issues efficiently.
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
* Physically fit, well organised, positive attitude with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
