About the job
We have an exciting opportunity for a B2B Senior Marketing Executive to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is ideal for someone with experience delivering end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns, from ideation and planning through to delivery, optimisation, and reporting.
You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy working cross-functionally, are commercially minded, and are motivated by the challenge of scaling B2B marketing in a high-growth environment. If you're hands-on, data-driven, and keen to make an impact, we'd love to hear from you.
About The Role
As the B2B Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving HealthHero's B2B growth. You will help build and launch scalable campaigns, supporting the new business funnel, and ensuring clients and prospects are engaged through sharp, effective marketing.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Account Management teams, you will ensure campaigns are aligned, consistent and commercially focused. This is a hands-on role where you'll be expected to create and optimise content, manage our HubSpot marketing automation, and deliver innovative campaigns that support both acquisition and retention.
Day to day, your responsibilities will include:
* Support the planning, building and execution of scalable B2B marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, pipeline growth and client engagement.
* Execute and optimise B2B campaigns to drive measurable commercial out-comes, including pipeline contribution, lead quality and account engagement.
* Create and optimise workflows, email campaigns, landing pages and reporting dashboards within HealthHero's HubSpot marketing platform.
* Develop and update client-facing materials such as pitch decks, brochures, case studies and in-life communications.
* Support go-to-market activity for new product and service launches by creating campaign assets and client-facing materials.
* Work closely with Sales, Business Development and Account Management teams to ensure campaigns and content are aligned and commercially focused.
* Create and update website pages and digital content to support campaigns, ensuring on-brand messaging and SEO optimisation.
* Assist in the coordination and delivery of webinars, client events and thought leadership activities to drive awareness and engagement.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
* Work with external agencies and partners as required to support campaign delivery.
About You, Required Skills & Experience
* Around 3 - 6 years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally in healthcare, insurance, fintech or other regulated sectors.
* Strong experience using HubSpot (or a similar marketing automation/CRM system) to build campaigns, workflows and to track and report on performance.
* Demonstrated experience supporting the development and delivery of multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable commercial outcomes.
* Experience creating marketing assets and web content, with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
* Analytical and data-driven, with experience reporting on campaign performance and ROI.
* Experience working cross-functionally with commercial and product teams.
* Able to contribute to strategic thinking while remaining highly hands-on in day-to-day execution.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Adaptable, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
