Base pay range

The Temporary Customer Service Administrator will play a key role in providing support within the customer service department of a manufacturing organisation. This ongoing temporary assignment to cover a MAT leave requires an excellent telephone manner and great organisational skills to ensure smooth communication and administrative processes.

Description

Key responsibilities of the Temporary Customer Service Administrator include:

* Manage and respond to customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
* Update and maintain accurate customer records in the system.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
* Handle order processing and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
* Address and resolve customer concerns or escalates them as necessary.
