Preferred Requirements:
Proven experience as a sales negotiator, with a strong understanding of the local real estate market and established connections
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and close deals
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also demonstrating independent problem-solving skills
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Familiarity with real estate industry software and tools to streamline your workflow Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in the real estate or property industry, preferably in an agency setting
