Job Title: Children’s Home Deputy Manager – Swansea
Location: Swansea
Salary: £37,500 + KPI Bonus
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Registered Manager with daily operations
* Lead, motivate, and develop the staff team
* Ensure high standards of safeguarding, care, and compliance
* Drive positive outcomes for young people
* Build effective relationships with families and professionals
* Oversee care plans, audits, and quality assurance processes
* Support rota planning and staff coordination
Requirements
* Experience working in a children’s residential home
* Confident in leading or supervising staff
* Strong understanding of safeguarding and children’s home regulations
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Level 3 Children & Young People qualification (Level 5 desirable or willingness to work towards)
