Rate: £260 per day

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in new build housing? We’re looking for a hands-on, organised professional to oversee delivery for a major residential development in Winsford, working on behalf of a leading subcontractor within the scheme.
The Role
As Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of project delivery from the subcontractor’s perspective — managing schedules, resources, and client communication to ensure smooth delivery across all stages of construction.
Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing day-to-day operations and project delivery on-site
*
Producing and managing construction schedules and progress reports
*
Liaising directly with the main contractor and client to ensure targets and quality standards are met
*
Coordinating site teams and subcontractors to maintain workflow and productivity
*
Proactively resolving site or design challenges, keeping projects on track
About You
*
Proven experience managing housing or residential new build schemes
*
Strong background in project scheduling, delivery, and client interface
*
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
*
Comfortable managing challenging or complex projects
*
SMSTS / CSCS and First Aid preferred
