Salary : £35,000 salary + generous tips paid monthly
JWR are delighted to be working on a Restaurant Manager opportunity within a stunning boutique country house hotel, and I'm keen to speak with strong operators from premium hospitality backgrounds.
You'll be leading an award-winning brasserie delivering all-day premium dining including breakfast, lunch, dinner, Sunday lunch and afternoon tea, with full ownership of service standards and team performance.
We're looking for someone who:
* Comes from boutique hotel, luxury restaurant or fine dining environments
* Is a genuine hands-on leader who thrives on the floor
* Knows how to inspire, develop and hold standards in busy service
* Is obsessed with guest experience and consistency
