As a Support worker, you'll provide essential support to individuals in their homes and communities, helping them maintain independence and well-being. About the role In this role as a Support Worker, you will assist clients with personal care, medication administration, mobility, meal preparation, and daily living activities. This role involves working flexible shifts, including half days, long days, and waking nights. You'll provide care across various settings, including clients' homes, residential care facilities, day centers, and hospitals, collaborating with healthcare professionals where needed.
