About the Practice We are working with a small, well-established GP practice in Coventry looking to appoint a Salaried GP to join their close-knit clinical team.
This is a genuinely supportive practice with a strong focus on continuity of care, manageable workloads, and long-term patient relationships. The team is experienced, stable, and prides itself on maintaining a positive working environment with realistic daily expectations.

Participate in duty doctor rota (light-touch and well supported)
Work collaboratively with ANPs, nurses, and allied clinicians
Support continuity of care for a defined patient list (where preferred)
About You We are looking for a GP who values teamwork, continuity, and sustainable working patterns.
Essential:
GMC registered GP with licence to practise
Inclusion on (or eligibility for) the NHS Performers List
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

Competitive £ per session rate (negotiable depending on experience)
Flexible working – 4 to 8 sessions available
Minimal home visits (covered or shared across team)
No excessive admin burden – well-structured workflow
Supportive, low-turnover practice team
6 weeks annual leave + bank holidays (pro rata)
NHS Pension inclusion
Dedicated CPD time and budget
Option for long-term partnership progression if desired
Why This Practice? This is a small, stable Coventry practice where GPs are genuinely valued. There is a strong emphasis on keeping workloads safe and sustainable, with a team culture that prioritises support over pressure.
It is an excellent opportunity for a GP seeking
w ork-life balance, continuity of care, and a friendly practice environment rather than high-volume corporate-style primary care.
