Lead Dental Nurse – Bedale Dental Practice, North Yorkshire Full-Time Opportunity | Supportive Team | Ideal for a Nurse Ready to Step Up Are you an experienced Dental Nurse looking to take the next step into leadership? Bedale Dental Practice is excited to welcome a motivated, proactive Lead Dental Nurse to our friendly and supportive team. Working full-time, 4–5 days a week (Flexible except for Fridays). This role is perfect for a Dental Nurse who may not have held a lead position before but is ready to grow, take on additional responsibility, and become a key part of our practice’s clinical excellence. About the Role As our Lead Dental Nurse, you’ll combine hands-on dental nurse clinical duties with leading on compliance and Health and safty. You’ll work closely with the Practice Manager and wider team to maintain high clinical standards, support compliance processes, and help guide the nursing team day to day.
