FE College Support Staff (Cardiff & South Wales)
Pay: 13.69 - 16.00 per hour (depending on role and experience)
Empowering Learning Cardiff is looking to register experienced and dedicated Support Staff for Further Education Colleges across South Wales. We have opportunities for:
* Learning Support Assistants (classroom and 1:1)
* Pastoral & Wellbeing Mentors
* Administrative, Exam & Attendance Officers
What you\'ll be doing:
* Supporting learners with academic, social, and personal development needs
* Working alongside lecturers to ensure learners achieve their goals
* Providing administrative and organisational support within college departments
Requirements for Registration:
* Relevant experience in an FE, school, or support environment
* Minimum of Level 2 qualifications in English & Maths
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to apply)
* Right to work in the UK
* Two professional references covering the last 2 years
