The Opportunity
Were looking for a proactive and versatile Multi-Skilled Site Services Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining and improving plant equipment, supporting building services, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
* Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across plant and building services.
* Conduct electrical installations, fault finding, and repairs on plant equipment.
* Maintain and service steam plants, refrigeration, compressed air systems, and water distribution.
* Carry out legislative testing and inspections, including legionella compliance and audit support.
* Monitor contractors and support emergency callouts and site fabric maintenance.
The Ideal Candidate

* NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical or Multi-Skilled Engineering.
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills in both electrical and mechanical systems.
* Knowledge of PUWER, COSHH, and general building practices including boiler maintenance.
* Flexible approach to shift cover, weekend work, and breakdown repairs.
* Excellent communication skills, self-starter attitude, and ability to work independently or in a team.
