I am currently seeking a professional, reliable and adaptable Receptionist / Telephonist to provide reception cover across multiple office locations throughout the South West.
This is a varied and people-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in different environments and being the first point of contact for visitors, clients and colleagues. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming, organised and professional front-of-house service across the business.
The Role
Working across a number of office locations, responsibilities will include:
Providing a professional and friendly front-of-house service
Greeting visitors and managing sign-in procedures
Answering, screening and transferring incoming telephone calls
Managing meeting room bookings and visitor coordination
Handling incoming post, deliveries and general reception administration
Supporting office teams with ad hoc administrative duties
Ensuring reception and communal areas remain tidy, organised and presentable
Providing reliable reception support during holidays, sickness and other absences
About You
Previous experience within a receptionist, front-of-house or customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, approachable and customer-focused manner
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable working independently and adapting to different office environments
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
Flexible, dependable and proactive attitude
Full UK xsngvjr driving licence and access to a vehicle may be required depending on locations covered
