What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting adults aged between 18 and 65 years with needs such as Autism Spectrum Disorders, Learning Disabilities, and Mental Health difficulties.
* Providing 1-1 support and promoting positive well-being.
* Engaging enthusiastically with their interests and preferences.
* Creating a safe and happy environment for those we support to receive excellent care and positive support.
* This role is within a residential service for up to 8 adults located in Mochdre.
Who you are:
* Able to work independently, multitask, organise, and prioritise tasks to support individuals effectively.
* Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, both internally and externally.
* Capable of executing and delivering tasks with a positive attitude under pressure.
* A quick learner, hands-on, flexible with tasks and activities.
* Flexible shifts on a rota basis, including mornings, lates, weekends, and wake nights when required.
