About the Role
This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands‑on experience in:
* Support Maintenance and Repairs: Assist with troubleshooting equipment, performing planned maintenance, and reducing downtime by learning how to identify and fix issues.
* Learn Technical Skills: Read mechanical drawings, help with equipment changeovers, and understand how different machines and parts work to keep operations running smoothly.
* Work as a Team Player: Collaborate with different departments, assist with spare parts and planning, and take part in continuous improvement projects to support site‑wide goals.
Who we are looking for
* Applicants who are eager to learn, reliable, and enthusiastic about developing hands‑on mechanical skills.
* Certificate II in Engineering or Electrotechnology is desirable
* Relevant hands‑on experience is desirable
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Drivers Licence preferred and White Card
