Amour Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for a Skilled Electrician, on behalf of our client based in Hedge-End, Southampton.
In this role, you'll support a growing electrical contractor working across commercial and industrial projects nationwide.
Due to continued growth, the team are looking for a Qualified Electrician who wants more than just tools-on work — someone keen to progress into site supervision and project management.
Responsibilities:
1. Electrical installation, testing, and inspection
2. Working on commercial and industrial sites
3. Reading drawings and specifications
4. Ensuring all work meets BS 7671 regulations
5. Supporting site coordination, planning, and supervision as you progress
6. Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Requirements:
7. NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
8. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
9. ECS or CSCS Card
10. Commercial or industrial experience
11. Full UK Driving Licence
12. Ambitious, organised, and keen to develop into a leadership role

Hours: 8:30-17:30 Monday to Friday (Flexibility required)
Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 Negotiable depending on Experience
