Looking for a Chef de Partie/Sous Chef for ongoing work..
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Preparing and cooking dishes using fresh ingredients
2. Assisting in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
3. Supporting the Head Chef with menu planning, stock control and hygiene standards
4. Ensuring food is prepared to a high standard and delivered on time
5. Maintaining a clean and organised workstation at all times
What We're Looking For:
6. Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in a similar environment
7. A strong passion for cooking
8. Good communication and teamwork skills
9. A positive attitude and willingness to learn
10. Level 2 Food Hygiene
