Salary: £29,000 - £34,000
What Will You Be Doing?
* Overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring every station is organized and ready for service.
* Supervising and training junior chefs, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Maintaining food safety standards, including proper storage, handling, and cooking techniques.
* Monitoring inventory levels and managing food costs to achieve financial targets.
* Supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and responding to guest feedback.
