EA Associates are working in partnership with a well-established subcontractor based in Brentwood, who are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead and develop their Health & Safety function. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable and expanding business, where you’ll have the autonomy to spearhead the H&S department, implement new procedures, and make a real impact on company-wide safety culture. The role: * Oversee all aspects of health, safety, and environmental compliance across multiple sites. * Develop, implement, and maintain H&S policies and procedures in line with current legislation. * Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments. * Provide guidance, training, and support to site teams and management. * Promote a proactive safety culture across the business. * Liaise with clients, site management, and external bodies on all H&S matters.
