Learning & Skills Coordinator
Location: Hybrid working with 2-3 weekly visit to an Arqiva office in Winchester

Role Purpose Supports the Learning & Skills team in delivering learning and skills solutions and ensuring the smooth coordination, reporting, data collection of learning programmes and administrative processes.
Accountabilities
* Schedule learning sessions and communicate details to participants and stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of learning programmes within LMS (Oracle HCM)
* Provide first-line support for employee queries regarding learning resources and courses.
* Assist with the preparation and distribution of learning materials.
* Work closely with third party providers to ensure excellent colleague experience and delivery of processes
* Support the learning request process to enable accurate report and prioritisation of learning requests
* Track and monitor key learning KPIs and produce reports on a frequent basis
* Generate insight from evaluation data and other learning surveys.
* Support logistics for in-person and virtual training sessions, including venue searching, supplier sourcing, room bookings and technical setup.
* Monitor attendance and completion rates for mandatory learning programmes.
* Ensure confidentiality and compliance witth GDPR in all learning-related activities.
Skills
* Organisation - Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage competing deadlines
* Communication - Strong verbal and written skills to provide clear and professional correspondence
* Attention to detail - Keen attention to detail in identifying defects and ensuring accuracy
Knowledge & Experience
* Experience in administrative support and/or Learning & Development.
* Familiarity with HR and/or learning technologies is desirable
* Experience of gathering and presenting data in a simple and accessible way
* Experience of proactive prioritisation
* Experience of working cross-functionally to achieve common outcomes
