What you’ll be doing our newly appointed Sous Chef
14. Assist in Kitchen Leadership: Support day-to-day culinary operations, supervise cooks, and ensure staffing meets service and financial goals. Act as a role model and maintain strong collaboration with front-of-house teams.
15. Operational Excellence: Work with the Executive Chef to set goals, manage food costs, payroll, and supplies. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
16. Menu & Quality Control: Contribute to menu development, monitor food quality and presentation, and maintain purchasing and storage standards.
17. Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve guest concerns, and ensure consistent quality and hospitality.
18. Team Development: Coach and train staff, manage performance appraisals, maintain fair treatment, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
