My client, Ireland’s leading multi-disciplinary Construction Contractor is recruiting for a Bid Manager/Work Winning Engineering Lead to work with their Energy and Industry team. This role can be based out of their office in Dublin or Newry.

They deliver Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) projects serving both regulated and private customers along with technical and engineering solutions within the conventional power and energy transition markets. Their Work Winning Engineering Lead will provide senior technical leadership to the Work Winning and Pre‑Construction team across Energy and Industry projects, ensuring high‑quality, compliant and competitive tenders and robust project input through handover. The role will integrate design input, construction methodology, risk and opportunity management to improve win rates and assure safe, efficient delivery.

Identify and manage risks and opportunities
Ensure bids meet relevant standards, codes and regulatory requirements
Promote digital engineering and information management and accurate document control throughout the bid lifecycle.
Minimum 10 years’ site/project experience in civil engineering and/or power sector delivery, including significant time in construction on live projects.
Proven preconstruction/tendering experience for major projects
NEC, FIDIC) and of estimating/programming interfaces (P6/MS Project, CESMM/BoQ).
