The Opportunity: As Senior Business Development Manager, you'll be selling rugged, high-performance technical products into a global dealer/distributor network, all from the company's UK HQ near the M25/A1 corridor. This is not a field-based role - it's office-based, fast-paced, and focused on building strong commercial partnerships over the phone and online. You'll spend 60% of your time driving your own pipeline and sales, and 40% coaching and shaping the future of the sales team. What You'll Do: Proactively develop and grow sales with new and existing global dealer/distributor accounts Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, and long-term relationship management Operate across diverse verticals: emergency services, marine, logistics, manufacturing Lead sales strategy alongside senior leadership and contribute to forecasting and pipeline planning Mentor and coach peers - preparing to step into a Head of Sales position in 9-12 months What You'll Bring: Strong experience in B2B product sales, ideally with technical equipment or hardware Confidence and drive in phone-based, office-based sales - this isn't a field role A track record of success working with international dealer/distributor networks Strategic and hands-on mindset: you're someone who can sell and lead Experience managing or mentoring salespeople is a bonus.
