This role is predominantly based in our Internal Intervention space that we have within school. Bevendean Primary School & Nursery has an exceptional staff team of Class Teachers, Nursery to Year 6; including a facility for deaf children. We have a team of Learning Mentors, Teaching Assistants and Higher-Level Teaching Assistants supporting in all classes. Part-time: 31.25 hours a week - Term Time Only 8.30am - 3.15pm Paid weeks per year : 47.36 (inclusive of holiday entitlement) Fixed term: Until 22 nd July 2027 Start date : 1 September 2026 About the Role The successful applicant will: A desire to work with children, including those with special educational needs, across the Primary age range (Nursery to Year 6) and an understanding of the importance of early learning. Patience and a sense of humour. The ability to work as part of a team and support your colleagues. A commitment to helping to get the best outcomes for all pupils. Be adaptable and flexible. An awareness of issues relating to child protection.
