Office Administrator:

Miracle Workers Agency is a small, privately owned live-in care agency. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and motivated individual.

We are looking for an office administrator to work full time at our offices in Abergavenny. You will report directly to the Registered Manager. You must be well-educated, and able to think on your feet, have excellent communication skills and work well under pressure. Computer literate, you will also be highly organised, able to prioritise your workload, and work well within a small team. Previous experience in the care industry is beneficial but not essential.

A varied and interesting position, your main duties will include:

General Office Admin

Answer and direct telephone calls

Order and maintain office stationery and supplies

Organise maintenance and safety testing of equipment

Maintain general office tidiness

Open and distribute incoming post

Frank the post and take it to the post office at the end of the day

Maintain carer post redirection service

Administrative and clerical support to care managers

Provide a first point of contact for new client enquiries

Send out confirmation of cost letters and consent forms to clients/their representatives

Scan and upload documents to Nourish

Collate and send out client information packs

Send annual consent forms to clients/their representatives

Provide Nourish App support for carers

Maintain a spreadsheet of accidents/incidents by country

Maintain a spreadsheet of new enquiries

Maintain electronic filing system and archiving

Send out client/carer mailshots

Salary: £25,000 + (commensurate with age and experience)

Location: Sterling House, Lewis's Lane, Abergavenny, Monmouthshire NP7 5BA

Office hours: 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday

All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK. References will be required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
