We’re looking to recruit a skilled and reliable FLT Driver / Labourer to support our busy production team. This is a varied, hands-on role involving forklift operation, manual handling and general site support across our factory and yard.
Key responsibilities:
* Safely operate a forklift to move, load and unload materials
* Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
* Assist with packing, wrapping and preparing goods for dispatch
* Support the movement of goods between storage and site
* Carry out general labouring duties as required
* Identify and report any faults, hazards or damage promptly
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in a factory or construction site environment
* Strong work ethic and ability to work well as part of a team
* Good awareness of health and safety in the workplace
* Experience in modular construction or working with structural materials
* Familiarity with ISO standards and safe working practices
